Looked up Comcast on the internet and called this number because I wanted to change my plan. Person said I was 2 months behind in payments and my computer had been hacked. Wanted me to send a cashiers check for $1000 by Fed Ex. Be careful when looking up phone numbers on the internet. Check the actual web address.
