If you get this call, report them to DirecTv main customer service or email them from your acct web page. DTV customer service is always professional unlike this call which sounded like a party in the background claiming to be giving you 3mrhs of Starz free and a $5 check for loyalty. DTV did not seem to be aware of these calls and appreciated me notifying them. That also gave me $5 off my bill for 12 mths.

The call comes in as Toll Free Caller. I called and recording states all representatives are busy, please leave a message and someone will call you back-----then it hangs up! It is from Directv! They don't leave a message, and it has this tone that continues to the end of the message recording!!!I was so mad I called and told them if it doesn't stop I will cancel my service! I called today-800-591-5000. They said it had something to do with my privacy settings, and the operator claims they ahve been reset and hopefully it won't happen anymore.

I called and got a recording saying I reached Rewards Hot Line. I pressed 1 to speak to a live operator and got connected to someone with an Indian accent.
