I received five block calls today, which I ignored all of them. The 6th call was from 347-746-7233, who claim to be an attorney with legal do***ents that need to be delivered to me. They told me to call 1-877298-5361 and gave me a case number as well. When I called that number he asked if I ever lived on Marks I told him no. Then he told me someone will be knocking on my door at the Douglas Street address, which is where I lived in San Jose, CA. When I asked him what the case regarded to he claim it was a loan taking out at Ace Check Cashing in Fresno, CA in 2010. I informed him I,ve only lived in Fresno for 2 months now so that is impossible. He claimed he will have it delivered to one of my relatives, which none of them live in Fresno. They are full of **** because if they knew anything about CA laws they would have known in order to serve someone they will have to put the notice in that indiviuals hand.
