I got the same one, birthday with a sample carnival boarding pass. hum.

They sent me a "Birthday' gift notice. A complimentary 8 day/7 night cruise for 2, outside cabin from any major port in r=the US. Plus bonus airfare if I call within 48hrs. They are using the Carnival logo, but never say they are Carnival Cruise line. BEWARE!
