Call and did not leave a message. No voice on the message. I think there should be a way to put the number on a spam page that is watched by the government, and after 10 people get the same call, the US should step in and cut that number where it can't call any body else.

I didn't pick up but this number did call me.

Still going on. 7/17/14. CREDIT CARD PHISHING SCAM using the tired old 'Lower Your Interest Rates" Ruse.

I just got a call from this number. The Caller-ID showed “TOLL FREE CALL”. I did not answer and they left a robo recorded message about credit card rates. I have added this number to my blocked call list. To block calls like this I got a Panasonic KX-TGE245B that allows me to block up to 250 numbers and/or area-codes. Panasonic has several new 2014 models that will block that many numbers. You simply save the CID to the blocked list. You can also block area codes by adding them to what they call a “Range List” (you are blocking the range of numbers starting with that area code).

BEWARE of this fishy company. The recording will call you and says they will help you lower your credit card interest rates, and will call daily, even several times a day once they have your number. I receive calls from this company all the time. When I followed the instructions to get to a live person, to tell them I am not interested, quit calling ect..., she will hang up on you. I am now seeking more information on this company to file a lawsuit. If you have any information on this company, please post it here, I would leave my contact information, however I fear this company would harass me there as well. If many of you have had the same issues with this company, we can ban together on a lawsuit and make a difference.

They just called back again only a few min later! I pressed ZERO and someone actually answered "Card Services" and when I asked what the MAIN COMPANY is she hung up on me. SAME number called but when dialed back is disconnected. REPORTED.

YUP! Says they've sent me several pieces of mail; can reduce all of my credit cards to 6%; call back and the number is disconnected (2 sec later!) Credit card company, it says.
