They say they're calling on behalf of the PGE Lifeline program, and they told me I qualified for a 100% discount. I said "That doesn't sound true!" and he asked how much my last PGE bill was. I told him it didn't matter, because the offer didn't see real, and I was going to check with PGE to see if this was an actual offer. He very politely said "OK", and that was that.

It’s weird that people say nobody said anything. They left a message saying. “Hello? Can you hear me?” They said this several times and I heard a lot of chatter in the background, like she was in a telemarketing office. No message. It’s CLEARLY someone I don’t want to talk to.
