The caller said she was from a company called Positive Energy. I'm not sure whether it was legit or not. She had my address, but when she asked me to give her info from my latest utility bill I hung up. She said they would lower my utility bill without making any other changes (e.g., who I call for power outages, who bills me). This sounds too good to be true, but I'm trying to do additional research. The fact that until recently the number seems to have been associated with other scams makes me suspicious.
