Number used as a bogus 'Capital One Fraud Detection Center' . Somehow they are getting the phone number of people that have recently called Capital One, then scammers call back with a 'follow up', and ask for lots more info, which they then immediately use to charge your card for purchases. 10 minutes between real call and phony call-back. Beware....
