They had my name, claimed they were from Sprint and left a message. Call came from a local number 804-313-6079. My radar went up and I called the regular Sprint 800-777-4681 number. Never give personal info to an unsolicited caller, always call back a verified number to speak to a representative

Getting calls from this number on an efax voicemail account regarding "Sprint Service Alert" but the message identifies me by name and then says regarding telephone number - does not say number - and REQUIRES me to return call by end of business today! I went online with Sprint and new sign in page shows up requesting me to update all my sign in stuff.... I'm going to to store and talk to a human, I don't think my bill is past due.... this appears to be some elaborate phishing scam. The call identifier on the voicemail is - lit1_did11-1211735566-7702345922-22

I have a T-mobile number and got a call from this so called Sprint service alert. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION! I called T-mobile to ask if they can shut that number down and they are elevating it to corporate for research.
