SCAM!! I paid my excel bill yesterday with credit card. They put you to a INDIA call center automatic computer payment. Someone at Excel center in India took my info and called back today and tried to scam me into repaying. I called Excel and told them. They SAID they filed an incident and that this had been happening a LOT. Excel is helping them rob us!! I'm going to the Top and report this

This is not Excel. These are criminals who got their hands on Excel customers names and are trying to defraud them by claiming they haven't paid bills. Some poor schmucks send money to these scammers, and then guess what, the real Excel starts hounding people because they haven't paid their bills. Don't ever pay someone who claims to be Excel unless they send a real paper bill to your real address. The real Excel will never call you.

No it is not Xcel Energy it is "West Asset Management" and I was told by the REAL Xcel they are being DROPPED due to their shaddy buisness practices and numerous complaints. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY INFO, and report back to the REAL Xcel about them!!!
