Scammer called about a company credit card and some potential fraudulent transactions. Caller ID listed as Truist. They want your credit card numbers. The person they were looking for does not have a company card. When I called them on it they hung up.

I’ve been getting spam called by “Venmo” asking if I’m creating a new account with my phone number, press 1 for no and you will be connected to the next representative.” Right in the middle of trying to ours 1, cuz I’m not creating a new account, they call again, from the same number, with the same message. One time, I actually was being transferred to a representative, and was told to enter the six digit code (still the recording). After 12 back to back calls, they quit.

This number was used in a spam call. Person used the name Kristen Williams and identified themselves as Visa Security and stated they were connected to my bank. Trick you into thinking they are adding security to your card when they are taking money out of your checking account. I have reported this information to the FTC, FBI, Better Business Bureau, Visa, my bank, AARP Scam Site, and a scam phone site.
