they are rude and they dont leave names just rude messages to call back! very demanding messages at my place of employment which makes me ignore them even more!

Listen people, These fast loan companies are slick. They will do whatever to get your money. I had an experience with them 1 yr ago. They will submit payment from your bank account and if its not there they will keep submitting over and over and over many times in the same day. Well banks charge 25 or 30 $$ each time it hits nsf. They ran up my account 1200.00 in charges because the money wasnt there. Close your bank account now! Open up another one or even change banks. Also get a company to monitor your name and credit. I have Identity theft shield from pre-paid legal watching my back. Its worth it.

Any kind of name change and it will go through your checking account. This company has bad people working for them. No help everyone tells you something different. Payment dates change and mess up your account . They try to withdrawal several times if the money is not there . Every two days. Bad company . I will never use them again. Its a pay day loan company that doesnt follow the rules they give you. I got an email telling me a different payment date and it messed me up.

It doesnt matter if you put a stop on this company. They will change there name and it will still go through your checking account. They did me that way Loan shop and name change and it will withdrawal the money. I had to close my account.

This Number was given  to me by my bank, They took 137.00 from my account causing other transactions to bounce. I have no idea who this is  or these people are. I have tried to call several times and I just get a prerecorded leave a message note, which I do but have yet to be called back after a week of leaving messages.Anyone know if this is even legal

Same thing happen to me.. they just took 390 out of my account with out any notification. Not too certain how they recived my information to my account?????? called my bank and they are placing a dispute on this transaction so hopefully i can get my funds back. Thats money i didn't have!

I went to the bank today and I was told this loan shark company got $390.00 from my account for money I owed them.  I have never heard of these people and I would like to know how they got my information.  I never heard of them and I never received any money from them and I would like to get my money back because this is all I had

They are constantly calling me at work and I am getting in trouble.  This guy os constantly calling and I want to ring his neck!!  His name is Daniel and he keeps telling me that he has my personal information.  I do not even remember getting a loan...I told the receptionist to tell him I do not work there anymore.

back in May 2008 my husband and I were in desperate need to get back to Michigan and we had just moved to Tennessee.  Funds were tight.  He made this on line call for a loan of 300.00.  Here it is October already and they have taken out well over $1190.00.  They were taking out 90.00 every two weeks from our checking account until we put a stop payment on them through our bank in Aug.  now all of a sudden because they c****ed how they had their name to loanshopcollec the bank allowed them to take out 260.00 on the 3rd of Oct and now another 130.00 on the 6th of October.  We have checks out there that are now going to bounce.  My husband was ****ed so he finally got a hold of a woman.  He ask her what the interest rate was for that 300.00 dollar loan?  She said "O there is no interest rate" you have two weeks to pay the 300.00 dollars back then I lost her what she was saying, so****ing about paying penalities of 90.00 a month.  What in***** does that mean?  They can continue to take out money for as long as they feel like it?  Almost 1200.00 bucks they have robbed from us and their is nothing we can do about it.  Please everyone be very careful who you give your info too both on line and off.

Woke up this morning checked my account like I always do and I had a debit of $390.00 out of my account from this place.  Called my bank and they said I had to contact the company sense they had my information (what a joke) So I called was on hold for 45 min. Now we are fighting with the bank.  Has anyone had any luck catching these people or getting the money back?  Oh and I didn't have a call from this place at anytime.

Some one is harassing me from this number at my place of employment.

I also had them withdraw money out of my account which I never authorized also and it has also sent me into an overdraft situation. I unfortunately am with US Bank and there way of going after this type of fraud is to first check out if the customer is telling the truth and making you wait 10 days sometimes more for you to get any type of money back from this issue. I hate US bank they ****. They are so non-customer friendly it is sick. This is not fair that the customer is penalized because of fraudulent activity on there account that is not their fault. So I am not only ****ed off at the company that took my money I am also very ****ed off at US bank for how they go about treating this situation.

A few days after opening my banking account, there was an internet withdrawl posted to my account. This is going to cause my account to be overdrawn, and my bills to be unpaid!I never have heard of this company and absolutely never authorized them to deduct money from MY bank account. Luckily, my bank is working with me to find out who they are and why the hell they took my money!

Got a call from this number and don't know who this is calling my job.

yes LSO address is Loan Shop  2207 concord pike wilmington de 19803phone 1-888-265-5074  fax 1-800-383-3309. they keep calling me at work and home and i have told them to stop. they also took money i did not have in my account and was over drawn so i put a stop payment on them so they can not get any more money.

I received a call from LSO also,  but on my business line.  She simply statedthat "they were not clear where I stood on this matter", and that I should callright away.  I was thinking, ---what matter?  Never heard of them nor do I know what "matter" she was referring to.

I received a call from some guy named Mr. James from the fraud department.  His extension is 4378.  I called the number back but got a recording asking for my name and social security number.  So I left a message that I was returning Mr. James' call and he should have my social security number since he called me.  I don't know who LSO IS.

I received several phone calls from these people. They are calling me at work. I want them to stop. Does anyone know where they are located?

Received a call from a Ms. Mack with LSO, stating that I or my representative should call her back within 24 hours.  I have no idea what she was calling about and she left no other details.
