They said my comouter was infected but they didn't know with what. They wanted me to run a progtam "hh 1" i refused. They were very insistant that I do it immediately. I refused and said I was done with the calk and hung up. I'm jyst researching what to do. I have a screen on my computer with Microsoft warnings and saying to call 888 381 8225.

THIS NUMBER APPEARED ON MY MOM'S APPLE IMAC WITH A MESSAGE: YOUR MAC OS X IS INFECTED WITH VIRUSES AND YOU MUST RUN THE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM OR YOUR MAC OS WILL BE DAMAGED AND ALSO WILL DO HARM IF YOU LEAVE WEBSITE. MY MOM CALLED ANOTHER NUMBER SHE APPLE AND SAID THAT THIS NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE CALLED AS IT IS A SCAM CALL.
