Known caller= Cigna Informed Choice. Called me to confirm that my MR scan was approved but to suggest that other providers might provide similar service at better pricing. My doctor had specifically requested a specific provider so I didn't consider alternatives to be suitable in my case.

I had a message on my AM from David Jenkins from ? About a "possible litigation" . We pay our bills and don't owe anyone, so I wondered if it was maybe for our son. I called the 888 # and it just rang and rang. Finally it transferred me to someone's voice mail. It wasn't David's. I left a message and told them to call me back...but it sounds like a telemarketer to me.

I received a voicemail stating the same thing, there was some "litigation" against me and even gave me a case number. I tried to call it back and it said it didn't indicate who it was. I call BS.

this was an automated call saying i had a public judgement against me and i had 3hrs to respond. it repeated the message twice and hung up. I am not sure about this, but they called my office number that is not listed anywhere. F them

Place calls, robot stating that it is an investigation to find (insert name here) if you do not know said, please press 2. Pressed 2 and was connected to some really harsh woman claiming she was in "investigations" refused to give company and reason why they call 14 times a day for this person that hasn't had our phone number in 5 years. Abruptly hangs up when reiterated to them that they have the wrong number and to stop calling. Calls back a second time, instead of robot, some guy trying to sound all official claiming that I will be charged with obstruction if I don't give the phone to this girl they are trying to find, again I explain I don't know her, don't know who they are, and if they dont' stop this harassment I will call the police here in town and file a complaint. Response: Go ahead and do that won't do you any good anyhow deadbeat..... There's gotta be something that can be done about these places, they are really annoying, and I thought there were laws against this sort of harassment after the first time you tell them they have reached an incorrect number..

Received a phone call looking for someone who has not lived here for 15 years and gave a case number.

claimed to be contacting me looking for someone I knew 20 years ago. said the person was a defendant in a case. This is a scam.

i just received the same messag. Matter of fact , I have received the same message several times. Not sure what it is about, but i wish they would stop calling me with non sense
