Said that my husband was being sued and I was listed as an alternate contact. Told me he'd been served a summons and asked if we'd seen it in the mail. I refused to give her info so she told me to have him call 1-888-832-1385 Barris and Associates and gave me a case number. The call came from 678-251-9287 which seemed fishy.

Said he represented Baris and Associates. When I called and gave them case number, dude said I was being rude and to call tomorrow. I said naw, tell me what is going on. He mentioned a debt I paid off over 20 years ago and said that I had to sell my house or refinance it within 30 days because they were putting a lean on it. One fast call to our property law attorney and it is over.
