Received a scam email with a fake invoice from PayPal for an 850 dollar purchase. On the invoice, this number was listed as the number to call if you want to cancel or claim a refund. Obviously I didn't call the number but I'm fairly certain it's a scam to get you to call them after receiving the invoice and then provide your actual credit card information over the phone. Be aware. A quick goggle search reveals this isnt the actual number for PayPal billing support.
