this number has called me repeatedly i. the last few days and they do t leave a message nor do they answer when i get on. so i hang up. tried calling and was put on hold so hung up???

Been receiving spam calls from this number about "negative Paypal balance". Somehow they knew my name but it was a lady with a strong, thick accent so I knew to be suspicious. Called the actual Paypal customer service phone number and the rep indicated that Paypal never calls customers about account balances and that this number is most likely a scam.

Legit. Calling to collect on a negative balance after they changed how their own Debit cards worked without telling anyone. They disconnected my bank but didn’t say anything for 2 weeks. Then disconnected my new bank. Then took more than a month AND STILL WAITING for my replacement card.
