I am not happy at all about this service,It shows very little information and the reverse phone service is completely useless !!! I paid 100.00 ***dred dollars for a year and extremly disatisfied. My daughter is with a different company and the information she recieves is by far better than mine. The reverce phone look up was a land line and it gave me no name no address,NOTHING. beenverified also charged me 10.00 for some other up grade that I did not approve or have the up grade and never wanted it either......I would like to have 70.00 dollars returned and you could keep the 30.00 and the 10.00 and let me out of this contract. Thank you. If you wont let me out of this contract,I am given written notice now 5/27/2012 that I do want this service any longer. So NOT BILL ME in June of 2012.
