Update: I did some more research and found out this really is one of Kohl's collection agencies... I got through by entering bogus numbers as my account number and a bogus number for my last 4 SSN. I got through to a collection rep who looked my number up and said it was linked to someone else's account. They SAID they removed it, but we will see. If I ever had any thoughts of getting a Kohl's card, this sure made sure that I won't. WOW. You can report them to the governing body which is the Federal Trade Commission.
