What they do if your # us unlisted they just go down the phonebook and look at the next # that not there and call one ask me If my name and she though it was the name of the town I lived in so just random # they are using. They claimed they can lower the rate on my credit card. I have a good rate on mine, and this is my work phone, not personal. I do not mix up my personal business with my work business. It's frustrating when I receive more of these spam calls than calls related to my work. I get calls several times a week from this number offering to lower my high interest credit card bills. The first part is automated. If you wish to speak to a representative, press "1". Well I did and this cheerful man's voice asked if I was responding to an opportunity to cut my high rate credit cards. Everyone needs to go to www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/howtocomplain and file a legal complaint against these people. This is the second time in the past hour that I've received an "Unknown Name" call. The first was from a company that's reported to ask if you'd like to use their pharmacy for diabetic needs and/or erectile dysfunction.
