just a got a call from Citibank fraud department from that number. I called back the number on my card and the whole thing was legit.Note that the fraud department wanted to change my credit card number due to an unknown breach of my credit card. When I pushed back they took all of five seconds to change their mind.

They just called me to inquire if I was such and such builder? No I responded and the woman thanked me as if to imply that possibly it was a wrong? number she dialed.
(904) 954-7500
Said they were Citibank and calling about unauthorized use. My account with Citi has been closed for quite some time. I called Citi directly--not the number they told me to call--and they said they would of had no reason to call for a closed account.
(904) 954-7500
Got a call from this number and nice lady left message saying she wanted to speak to me about my recent survey I completed about my experience with Citi Premier Pass credit card. This is legitimate, and I am actually looking forward to talking to her.
(904) 954-7500
this is Citibank's Fraud Agency -- which is probably the outsourced company used by several credit card companies according to your comments above. annoying as they may be, they are LEGIT.

You can check by calling the number on the back of your card, NEVER call any number they give you nor deal with anyone who phones. Hang up on them and call the number on the back of the card and check that way.

It is Citibank's AT&T Universal Credit Card people. I called them last night raising hell because of their lies and thievery...... I have never been late, not once, since I bank draft the payments....... In ten years, I have never went over the limit or was late. Now, the upped my interest rate from 11.9 to 29.890 and claim they sent me an opt out letter. I have never seen one and I find hundreds of other people complaining of the same problem on the net. These people are 'legalized' crooks and they used this number to call me back but hung up before I could answer. I asked last night for a supvr to call me back. It rang three times at 1 pm today so I guess now they can legally say they tried to call me back as I asked.I sent out nasty grams to my reps and the whitehouse occupants.....From: Ken XXXXXX 912-XXX-XXXXTo: President Obama CC: Senate Banking Committee US Senate US Congress When are you guys going to do something about the credit card companies robbing people blind. They may as well poke a gun in your back because it is simply robbery. They claim they sent me a letter to opt out of the card or they would triple, that's right, triple my interest rate. Of course, I did not get the letter nor did hundreds of other people listed at the google url below. I have had the card 10 years and have NEVER been late even with one payment. I have always had the minimum payment drafted from my bank account and periodically I would pay off the entire balance.I am so mad at the do nothing senate & house of reps that let crap like this happen to it's constituents. Get off your duffs and DO SOMETHING!!!!!My interest rate went from 11.9 to 29.890Nearly triple......AT&T Universal Card by Citihttp://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp& ... =f&aqi=&aql=&oq=

Received call from this number and asked me to give message to another person concerning Bloomingdale/MACY card activity. Supposedly, this "another person" left my number as contact. Caller asked me to give 866-408-7878 for this person. This must be a scam.
(904) 954-7500
I received a call today to tell me that there was a $1.50 charge on my Macy's card (which I haven't had in years). As soon as I asked her to send me a printout of the transaction, she said that we could verify it when we received our next bill. I received a call from the same people not long ago but it was a man who tried to engage me in the same conversation but when I asked him to send me a print out, he said he couldn't do that but to call the number on the back of the card if I had questions about my next bill.
(904) 954-7500
If someone calls you about services you don't have, it's probably a scam.
(904) 954-7500
I recd a call from this number today..no message left..and after I googled it..I saw that it was a citibank card#?..which I dont even have an account with them..
(904) 954-7500
I had several calls from this company trying to get in touch with my son. Since he does not live here, they have asked me to have him call them. I gave him the message and he has never had any dealings with Citi Card or Universal Card. He never uses credit cards. I have asked them to stop calling this number or I will report them for harrassment. They just continue to call. I also got a call stating they were trying to deliver a package to my son and needed to confirm my address.
(904) 954-7500
yea i received a call today from them (citi) and it was to verify a payment i had made, (it was much much larger than usual) so they called to verify and conference call me with the bank i wrote the check from to verify the funds.
(904) 954-7500
