I had sent a money transfer.

they called my phone looking for my fiance. i dont know how they got my number but the girl called herself.samantha. she.was.a pushy, rude little *****. she was calling about his old cell phone but we couldnt afford it right now because we needed food. he was calles away for out of town work and wouldnt be back till the 9th of december, so she calls me today leaving a very rude voicemail. what part of the 9th didnt she ***king understand...****..

This really aggressive low life who calls himself Mr Thomas called me inquiring about somebody I knew few years ago. Who gave him my phone number, I surely don't know, but he was really aggressive, like a police interrogator.

It's just a tactic they use to scare you. These guys work on commission so the more payments they take in the bigger their checks. So no worries. The only thing you have to worry about is your credit, the longer you take the pay the more damage it does to your credit. But if your already dealling directly with the company you owe then it shouldn't be a problem. As long as you are making whatever payments you have agreed to with them then they should be reporting to the credit bureaus that you are making your payments on time. As for D&A don't let them get to you -- if they call you back, have some fun with them and treat them the way they treat you. If they tell you you'll be *****ed then you tell them they'll be *****ed too because their still not getting you money and therefore they won't get their commission and then tell them to have a nice day. That really ****es them off.

Do these people actually have the ability to take someone to court ??? Due to some money issues I have not been able to pay bills beyond my basic daily needs....working on getting it straight with the CC company themselves but getting constant calls from D&A telling me I will be served court papers and that I will be "screwed" over.

Number called.  Left rude message for someone (that no longer has this number) call them back.  I called and said she didn't have this number anymore.  Asked if it was a new phone because that's the number they have on file.  Told her I got the phone number in December.  She said they'd take it off. We will see if they do

somone all called me from that number and the lady was very rude asking for all kinds of personal information as my S.I.N drivers license  but yet she refused to disclose any information regarding  the call

(They first try to collect themselves, then they go to the "Minor Collections Agency" and THEN they pull in the "BIG 'A** HOLES' Collections Agency". The latter are ruthless! I HAD a very overdue VISA Bill that I WOULD have paid ON time... IF I was on DISABILITY and my husband wasn't a Full-Time College Student trying to BETTER his Career. We couldn't pay half our bills which is why the Visa fell by the wayside! It was either pay the Visa or pay the Hydro! Literally! But those Jerks can't think of the PEOPLE. They ONLY ever think of the Mighty Dollar. NOTE: To All who are getting D&A Calls... I have PHOTO Evidence (and I HAD video, I'm just not entirely sure if I still have the video) of a rather large White Male in his 50's or 60's, dressed in a Suit AND being VERY obvious in FOLLOWING ME THROUGH HOME DEPOT! (I was Lucky enough to be given some money as a GIFT from my dying Grandmother so I could Finish my Basement. I was looking for some paint colours!) This guy completely terrified me! To the point where I actually did manage to report him to staff after a staff asked if I was OK. (As an individual who has been violated by men quite severely in my recent past, having MEN...or ANYONE for that matter...Follow me around Town is terrifying!) I've also had them sit out in front of my HOME! (How do I know this? I guess the 1 guy was "New" or something bc I just walked up to his car and asked if he "needed help". He spilled EVERYTHING to me! His name, his company, what he was doing there...everything! Now, I understand the "concept" of "just pay your bills and you won't have this problem" AND the bills ONLY began to accummulate as such AFTER the Markets crashed! It's sort of hard to pay bills when you have nothing to pay them with!!! Now, I could have become a Stripper, but I suspect I am too old for that at my OLD AGE of 35!!!(sarcasim) Plus, I'm guessing that I am NOT the only person around with the mentality of, "Why the heck are "you people" harrassing me for $1000.00 when there are people out there, more then NOT, with tens of thousands of dollars in debt! It must colst them more to Harrass me on a daily basis then it would to JUST SEND ME A COUPLE OF LETTERS! The pathetic thing is, I paid of the entire bill and cut up my VISA Card MONTHS ago! The main thing here however is that I PAID it and ONLY dealt with the BANK! I REFUSE to deal with Collection Companies and they have no Legal Action "permission" to do ALL the things they threaten me with. aka Throw me in Jail, Throw my husband in Jail, etc.The newest trick of there's... This week, I have started to receive DAILY calls on my cell phone. NO ONE has my number except Key people in my life such as my family, very close friends and my medical doctor who is BOUND by Privacy Laws. The ONLY way they could have got my number is the Illegal way. OH... and they like to call my 1 friend and harrass her into telling them all my information! (It's happened a few times already)HOW can WE get our lives back? Especially AFTER the Bill is already paid in full!?! ***I Refuse to speak with them and Legally, I do NOT have to. Ever!***

Pushy, rude and would ask a lot of questions, but answer none.

Rude as s**t, keeps harassing, donno if the person on other end is mental -- I won't give any info to someone just cause they say they are collecting for so and so -- never recieved and mail.  Askeds repeatly for them to **** off and stop .

A "Mr. Simmons" is leaving numerous messages about "an urgent financial matter" that needs to be cleared up immediately. The call is from a Bell Canada leased line registered in Cooksville. The in person calls were preceeded by automated voice calls.
