Tried to tell me about a bill I owed but they were calling for someone else, not me. But when I kept demanding to know who they were calling for they tried to act like it was me (without my giving my name). I finally dragged the name out of them of who they were after and it wasn't my name.

Call #1 asking why Comcast bill had a balance. Guy had Middle East accent. Call #2 saying they had X Finity discounts, I ***g up. Today they called 4 times and left a female voice mail message to call them (no way). They called a***n. I answered and told them do not call you are scammers. They called a***n. I won't answer and can't figurexout how to block the number

he told me that he cant help me at all until i pay my bill on my old account (had a week to pay it) Needed help on my new account cuz my app was saying my Wi-Fi wasn't active. the guy on the phone refused to help me until i paid the bill. Xfinity says do not do payments with reps over the phone. he also ***g up on me & called me a new number (which is not a secure line like the real Xfinity has)
They addressed me BY NAME and said they were from the “company Northern Services” and to give them a call back and I didn’t.

They pretend to be the cable company Xfinity but aren't. I was transferring my service from 1 house to the other and was told I had to pay the remainder from the old house and also a transfer fee. I called them a***n and was told I was scammed.

The lady didn't say who she was, where she was calling from or to whom it was addressed to. She just said to call her back at a number.
