Male Caller identified himself as Adam Levy with legal services aid, Stating that My daughter (adult) had been in an accident and was arrested on “breathalyzer open container from an open **** in the back of the vehicle” — makes no sense as 1) these are separate charges and they don’t arrest on DUI based on open container in the back of a vehicle and 2) she doesn’t drink. Caller had my maiden name, first and last married name, and my daughter’s first and last name. Lesson: don’t answer numbers unless you know who’s calling!
