I was in a minor accident on 7/1/11 and received a call from this guy, who identified himself as Dr. Jim Taylor. He left me a voice mail and I did not call him back. People like this are who give people who are seriously injured in accidents and need help a bad name.

Don't go to Capitol Chiropractic or any other clinic that someone on the phone tries to refer you to. I am a paralegal, and nothing will devalue your claim more than treating with a shady doctor who is a known telemarketer. Actually, the only thing that will devalue it more is signing a contract with an attorney that the doctor referred you to. How do you know if it is shady? If the doctor refers you to an attorney it is shady. If the doctor tells you the attorney will meet you at the clinic it is shady. If you are injured you need to find a doctor on your own. If you feel you need the****istance of an attorney then you need to find an attorney on your own.The insurance companies keep tabs on the shady doctors and lawyers. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of.

After receiving the calls and reading Hollie's story...I agree 100%. I thought it was strange to be getting calls listed as "Savannah, GA" from Dr. Jim Taylor. I missed the first two, but then answered a blocked call for my coworkers amu*****t...there was a woman on the other end of the line who asked to speak with me, after informing her that she had me at "hello"...j/k...I asked where they get their information. Any guesses? Our wonderful government makes it public knowledge. My accident wasn't even 48 hours ago - on a weekend. These bloodthirsty fools go down and buy the list on Monday morning and s**** making the calls. What happened to the old days when they actually had to chase the ambulance rather than just purchasing a marketing list? I understand if you're gullible enough to give personal information on a social networking site, then s**** getting targeted marketing in your face...but I had no choice. How do you think Officer What's His Face would have taken it if I said "I'm not giving you my personal information because your boss will sell it to some ambulance chasing freak"??? It all happened so fast, I think he forgot to issue my copy of the privacy agreement.

I just recieved a call from "Dr Taylor" as well. I turned the tables on him however since I had the "who calls me" information in front of me as we spoke. He quickly realized I was taken care of. The internet it great!

Ms Hollie has made a complete and total falsehood in her accusations...I am a doctor, and our offices do specialize in personal injuries, workers comp and automobile accidents. Capital Chiorpractic is one of those offices. However, Ms Hollie's husband was never asked to sue any woman or anyone who barely tapped her husband in an accident by any law firm. If he was not injured or having any symptoms, he should have refused to go to any clinic or office for any care from the very beginning. He should have just acknowleged he was not injured and not wasted the clinics or the law firms time malingering. Many people who are actually injured in an automobile accident often times have no idea what do do or where to go to****ist them with their problems. We provide that****istance. Ms. Hollie repeatedly called this number in a harassing manner for a number of weeks. It appears she wants to degrade any and all who attempt to provide services that she thinks are inappropriate.

This # contacted my husband after an auto accident claiming to be a Dr.Jim Taylor. He in fact is not named Taylor at all he recruits people who have been in an accident for a chiropractors office called Capitol Chiropractic 1902 Charlotte Ave.Nashville TN 37203. He may work for other predator companies as well. After being seen by this company,a***nst my advice,my husband was then referred to a attorneys office Fisher & Raney P.O. Box 120658 Nashville TN 37212-0658.They wanted him to sue the poor woman who just barely tapped him in the accident,SUE HER! It is because of companies like this that you and I, honest, hard working people pay such outrageous insurance premiums. These unwarranted lawsuits cost us money do not fall victim,Please!
