They are a collection agency. The first time they called, they did not bother to leave a message (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL), so I ignored it as a sales call. They kept calling and I finally returned their call. It turns out they are collecting a medical debt which I had already paid in full. I spoke with a very unreasonable, ignorant person who still did not believed that the bank copy of my payment faxed to them was authentic. I'm already considerating filing a lawsuit if the harassment continues.

1.913.262.6850 is a collection agency for teh medical field. I have talk to so many different people explaining I am sending pymts but no one will listen. I keep getting bills with different account numbers and everytime I call to inquire why, I'm told to iqnore it and just keep making the pymts. I just received another call and I was away from my phone. No message was left. This is getting a little ridiculous.

I believe this is a collection agency. I have been bugged by DIRECT TV for a year now. I only had them 1-2 months and had crappy service so I switched to Charter Cable and had no problems.They try to bill you an extra $400 for dropping them! They intimidate you and say you broke contract no matter what you say. Then after countless hours on the phone they say if you return the equipment they will drop it. Of course they don't they will swear they didn't receive it & I have a shipping receipt.My attorney says they break contract by not providing the service they promise.I refuse to give them the money to get them off my back because I believe this is their scam & they stand to make a lot of money from harrasing people.I have no other problems with credit or other businesses.I if you check on line they harrass thousands and are getting class action suits against them.
