When I took a drug test I didn't give them my SS#. Therefore they used my last four of my driver's license which I entered at the prompt. they said it was no good and immediately transferred it to an operator. the operator wanted info and such and the caller ID said Abbott not eScreen. I did the test with Quest Diagnostics via Concentra. so not sure if this is legit. but it seems like my private info has gone to four companies instead of one, and if they call a***n they can give me the results or not. I don't need to prove who I am if they call me. it's my info on the form. if I called them they could confirm who I was.
