(913) 755-9027
Okay, I have been getting these calls constantly. Yes, I am in dispute with U.S. Bank because of their shady practices. for 2 years now I have been fighting them and..I just recently s****ed getting these calls. I never answer, but here they are, every single day. Calling me. US Bank will never get the 900+ dollars they say I owe them but I will give them $22. I actually do.

As Slick put it... they're S***BAG BOTTOM FEEDER BILL COLLECTORS!!! (a rather kind way of putting it) who probably don't even have the original bill of intent, in any case, for the list of people they're calling to reclaim such-and-such debts.Sharon (or whomever) got rather nasty today on my voicemail insisting that I call back before 5 pm the next day... yeah, right... or what? The only outstanding debt I have is a ridiculous U.S. Bank overdraft charge, from 4 years ago, that amazingly and mind-bogglingly, turned into almost $500 worth of overdraft charges in a one week period... before U.S Bank surrep***iously decided to inform me so****ing was amiss with my account.Sorry U.S. Bank, you will NEVER reclaim that debt from a shifty policy you carried (at least at the time) about deposits through your ATM's during the weekend where all looked ***ky dory from the account holder's end.

This is a scam by Regent Management Solutions.I've been getting called for months on and off from a few different people. A man and a woman have been calling from 913-755-9027 (a Kansas number). It could be a "s****" number, although Regent is based in Kansas. The numbers they give out to call them back regarding "that file" is always an 877 prefix. The voicemails that have been left are usually recordings but the most recent message actually sounds like they really called, but still reading from a script. The tone is more threatening. They will have to take action in the next ___ hours. (I've seen others post about these scams and they all follow this pattern.)The man gave his number as 877-591-7***. His name was garbled. This also the number that calls from Ron Kennedy come from. (I've seen that Ron is bugging a lot of people with the same scam--probably the same outfit.)The woman, Miss Wright gave her number as 877-591-7020. Same people. The saddest thing is that I saw an item about Regent expanding. There will probably be more of these annoying calls to go around. Don't answer.
