OBVIOUSLY, From others posts, this a fraudulent caller. I intend to report the number to the wireless service provider and the Government Agency for harassment, so if the caller is reading: "..Be informed that you are being reported for criminal investigation!" After five harassment calls, I think it's a Federal offense: DON'T QUIT CALLING AS YET !!! WE want them to catch you, so everyone you harassed may press charges! You are so dumb you didn't even try to hide your number. In addition, If your call involved a money scheme, you're on your way to Federal prison. You might take a crash course in English: unless you are 2 years old, it will be a jail in this US of A: Looking forward to your next traceable call, hopefully from behind bars!
