Joseph called from this number and said I had 3 criminal charges against me and that I needed to speak to his Attorney Logan Hernandez to get this corrected. If this is a scam, they are very convincing, with the exception that the person who called spoke very little and broken English.

These idiots have called my home phone 10 YES 10 times in a row. Well after the 3rd call I got a little creative and on the next call I said I OWE you money??? NO SIR...YOU OWE ME MONEY AND THERE IS A PENDING LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU! Then on the next 4 calls they were greeted with some VERY LOUD music ranging from Beetoven to Five Finger Death Punch. Evidentally they wanted more..so on the last few calls I said before they had a chance to say anything that The have been reported to the FCC and to the FBI and they are now under investigation. Any ligitamate bill collector will tell you their name and who they arewith and who they are trying to collect money for..They ALWAYS start out with the phrase,"This is an attempt to collect a debt......" It has now been silent for 10 minutes!!!! Just do not fall for this scam! They are trying to scare you and intimidate you. Do not hand over any banking info, credit card info. I they are ligitament they will gladly send you paperwork IN THE U.S. MAIL statingwhat is owned and to whom. As a last resort go to the FCC website and file a complaint with all the information you cn getout of this idiots..Names numbers, any threats that are made, etc.

This is spam. A collections agency. I told them this was formerly the number of the guy who owed them money, but that now it is my number. I hope they stop calling.
