They sent me notification by mail to pay $150 , it is not my business statement time also it is just $20 on SOS website , they sent same one last year i think for $120. Also the address in letter is 1026 florin road #312 sacramento ca 95831

This company is asking you to submit a $120 filing fee. Not true. Don't do it.

I did not call this number but it is listed on a FAKE Statement of Information form for the state of California. They also have a totally obviously residential address. Shameless!!

Not a caller but scam mail. hope people check the phone number before just sending in the renewal check for $100 over the renew price.

They sent me a letter too. when you call and hit #2 to "unsubscribe" its full and the address is a UPS store in Sacramento.

Just received their solicitation mailer for $120. as well, today.

We also received a mailing from the company at this number and at the address 1026 Florin Road, #312, Sacramento, CA. They want us to send a $120 check for Statement of Information filing. This is a SCAM. Even their envelope and document states that they are not a government entity.

Received Statement of Information letter requesting $120 to renew my LLC statement of information. Threatens to charge $250 late fee if not received within 90 days. Check payable to CPS filing at 1026 Florin Road. State of Information forms are only $20 to renew and can be done online. This is not a legit company.

They sent you a paper that represent a government document, and solicit $120 dollars to file your corporate statement of information when you can easily do it on line for $25. It's a scam, probably legal because on the envelop they state that "this is not a government" and if you're dumb enough not to notice that then this scam is for you.

This is a scam company that offers to file a piece of paper that you can file for yourself. Stupid fraud company
