I got the same email as Mike above. In fact I get a lot of them. They also have one version with this phone number also: 1-301-396-3506 and they are all for a place called University Program and they say to leave your name and phone number and what degree you are intereted in. I take those emails and forward them to [email protected] so they will disappear. I recommend you do the same. They eventually get cut off by the government who is always watching. Ooooo.

Summary Here's a tidbit of information you should keep at the front of your mind every time you check your email: No opt-out = SPAM! This bogus offer is a perfect example of one of those. It's illegal to send bulk email without providing a way for recipients to opt out. It's also illegal to obfuscate your identity if you're the sender. So how can we tell if the sender forged the mail? Headers! When we did a WHOIS on the originating IP, we found that it traced back to Chile. The mail starts there and is then routed through a free Mail2World account before reaching the recipient. That's obfuscation, baby! A quick look at the subject line shows unrelated words inserted for no good reason. Even the spam filters knew better. This is a diploma mill scam. The diploma you receive isn't even worth the paper it's printed on, assuming they even send you one after you send them your money. It's more likely you'll get nothing. In addition to losing money, there's also a strong chance you could lose your identity. If you need a diploma, this is NOT the way to go.Email Copy Hello!Do you want an improved future, step up in money earning power, and the praise of all?Today only:We can assist with Diplomas from prestigious universities based on your presentknowledge and professional experience.Get a Degree in 5 weeks with our program!~Our program will let ALL with professional experienceget a 100% verified Degree:~Doctorate~Bachelors~Masters- Think about it...- Realize YOUR Dreams!- Live a wonderful life by earning or upgrading your degree. This is a exellent chance to make a right move and receive your duebenefits... if you are qualified but are lacking that piece of paper.
