KassyI have the same complaint as everyone else caller hung up you call back and nothing.  There is another call that comes like this that is an asian running off with a bunch of words you can't understand.  My trucks at work get it on their cells and we get it on our company phones.  After seeing the list of complaints against 916 numbers - why does the company even allow these calls to go thru?  Who is paying for them?

looks like people love to just avoid paying companies..people if you have bad credit and people call you is cause you owe them money...i work in a car dealership and we have people who think they can go months without paying and want to stay with their car...even think its ok...wow that is nutz ...i pay all my credit debts on time and my mortgage but if you dont? what happens it ruines your credit...people who got bad credit and just spend their money on big TVs and travel they cant afford should spend more time paying off the debts and those calls would stop and those liens that this companies can put against your cars and homes and credit would go away....and if you got a contract with a company they can do many things to collect..ie take your car back, put a reit again you (if you take the car out of the state you live in you can go and get stopped by a cop and he can take the car from you and maybe you too)...i hate people who complain about stuff but just are not people who are responsible

They called and start treatend me immediately with collection, their attorney,etc. Yes, they do have all info such as address, e-mail, even credit card number. Thanks God, I've closed this account about two ears ago. When I asked to sent me a bill, if they think I owe them something, the "manager" raised his voice on me and I hanged up immeditely. Before they use to call from two or three different numbers. First time they were going to push "my papers" to collection immediately was about 7 weeks ago. But they keep calling... This all abou huge scam. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!

They called me the next night and they are total scam artists.  They will tell you that a few years ago you went on a trip (which you most likely did) and you did not fulfill a time share requirement so now you owe them over $400!  They will threaten you with credit card fraud and he even said he was going to call the police if we didn't give him the money.  What's scary is he really does have a lot of personal information but whatever youdo, do not give them any money!!!!!!!!!!!  In fact don't even talk to them, hang up immediately because they will suck you in with their lies.
