When called by this number, I answered and just waited for someone to say so****ing. It was quiet for like ten seconds. Not a word. Nothing. ***a. Weird. Don’t answer this call.

This is definitely a scam. I have not entered any PCH contests of any kind. PCH always notifies winners by certified mail or in person contact - not by phone.
