This number belongs to "Turnkey Solutions" which I have just discovered is the in house collections department for the Contra Costa Times and the San Jose Mercury and any other subsidiaries. I was listed a having an account and was overdue $60. This was and is not true. I had explained this to the person from Turnkey Solutions who stated that they would correct their records and stop calling me. They did not. I continued to receive calls from 925-230-2800 and from 415-691-4608 mornings and evenings. Finally I called the Contra Costa Times service department at 800-598-4673 - 0, bypassed the automatic computer with the 0 and then asked the first clueless person to transfer me to someone (anyone!) else. IA "Supervisor" for the San Jose Mercury Papers named Dennis came on and quickly stated that the records (huh?) would be cleared by end of day and there will be no more calls from Turnkey Solutions their in-house collections division. Hopefully all these calls will stop, if not I will repost.

I received a phone call this evening from this phone # at about 7:00. A man claiming to be John, sort of had to think a while before saying anything and started mumbling, so I hung up. I took it to be a prank call at first, but then when I called it back and "no operators are available at Turnkey Solutions". I think it may be a group of scammers. I hope this isn't a daily occurrence.

These guys are "Turnkey Solutions" using 925 230-2800 & 415 691-4608...plus others I'm sure. VERY BOTHERSOME!!! They never leave a message and call at least once a day, sometimes more. My wife and I have to unplug the phone if we want to take a nap or sleep in. I have lodged a complaint with the donotcall people, as we have been registered as "donotcall" for months.
