I received a job offer from this guy, he was posing as a legit CEO on Linkedin named Tommy Stringer of Stringer Resource Group. The email he used was [email protected] (it has an additional "i" unlike Mr. Stringer's true contact info. He had copied their website logo and had that in the email. I went through a whole interview process for a remote job including giving him a copy of my driver's license before realizing I was being scammed. I forwarded the fake email and subsequent fake text message from this number to Mr. Stringer at the Stringer Resource Group to make him aware. What a ***mer that fictional job paid well. Lesson learned. I hope I don't suffer further repercussions from this other than a complete waste of my time and energy! Be ware of this individual!
