crazy robo message that violated the communications code, so I reported it for not telling me who it was and the location. The last few times I have reported these type of calls, they stopped calling. I actually got a call from the PUC of Texas on an alarm company, robo calling. They then sent me a letter saying they have went after the company and that the calls will stop. Yes they did..... Don't just report them to the FCC, report them to your states PUC.
