Credit One Bank - continuing to use random numbers in order to harass and make repe***ive phone calls. Thus far, I have do***ented 21 different numbers they have used to contact me - and never the same one! Meanwhile, they should be patiently waiting for me. I was hacked, and they were notified. All of my other financial accounts were frozen courtesy of the account managers. All except for this one. Instead, they shut it down one transaction was rejected by my other bank. Of course it was rejected. All of my accounts are frozen. I spoke to three different customer reps. Only the last****isted me and she was not happy about it. She reluctantly told me to send in a letter from my bank and from the police stating that there had been money in my account and they would “investigate.” Consumer beware!!!
