ANNOYING THEY KEEPING CALLING. CALLER ID SAYS FRAT. ORD. POLICE. PLEASE HAVE THEM STOP PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM ANY KIND OF LISTING. PLEASE

Caller ID states TX FOP never leaving a VM I want to be removed from their calling list. I DO NOT want to be contacted by TX FOP ANYMORE!!!!

Called at 8p. Someone there but I didn't answer. Hope enough of that will get them to stop calling. Jerks.

If enough people submit or file a complaint to Class Action Suit (a site) maybe the class action people would take it on. I'm not in this for profit. Enough is enough. When you look up txfop it is listed as a business with a C rating. The phone  carriers at are well aware of their activity & should be included in your statement to the class action people. Also a call to the State Attorney Generals Office may help. If the A. G. gets enough complaints we might get some action

This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Texas State Fraternal Order of Police. I have called the number.  It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there’s information on www.texasfop.com, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Texas police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.

TX FOP (or Texas Fraternal Order of Police Texas State Lodge) is nothing but a social and lobbying club for cops. See http://www.texasfop.org/.This is nothing but a bunch of unethical cops trying to get you to pay for their social club and political lobbying by utilizing a thinly veiled shake down.This is one of the reasons why I have lost all respect for cops.

This is just the latest attempt of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) to scam donations from the public.  These are the numbers they have used to call me in the past few years.  I'm sure there are more or they will find more.  Do not talk to them.  They will try to make you feel obligated to donate.  They call all the time.  DO NOT ANSWER THEM. called at 9pm. I did not answer.

I too have been getting these calls and Im sick of it!!!  They dont want to "help" with fundraisng too much if they can't even leave a message.

P.S. Red Cross is an excellent suggestion for an alternative along with a few other orginizations that are focused on critical needs rather than fraternity activities that (by all requests for support that I have received) are also not tax deductable & by that criteria not a charitable non-profit orginization.

940-925-1898 calls, never leaves message. The TXFOP listed above explains it as it comes up "out of area" on my phone. This is one of the many Texas Fraternity of Police organizations, one I used to make contributions to prior to the economy dictating better choices for the few charitable dollars I have to give, which is why I recognized that entry. Thanks for listing that reference since all phones clearly don't provide the same caller ID information.

Received the same call {940 295 1898} a while ago, and ID states "Argyle TX". This organization uses different names and tel. nbrs. at times, so as notto be identified. They claim to collect funds for police officers. Once youdonate, they call again in a month or so, claiming to collect for Fire Fighters; and it goes on and on. You see all the decals on cars in the form of police badges with dates like, support for 2007, 2008, 2009 etc??? Checkwith the BBB on this, and support instead "The Red Cross" etc.......

I been getting a call from this so called TX FOP every day now. This is a fraud scam caller. They call me with a different masking number each day. Area code is either from a Houston or Dallas area.  Sometimes leave some goofy message reply to my answer machine saying "sorry, I did not hear you, sorry we'll just call back later".  Also on the do not call list... national and state. Trace each call wotj *57 then notify local authorites and tell them you want to prosecute for harrasment.

Repeated calls on my Caller ID from this number. No message. I am on the Do Not Call lists. I do not make donations over the phone. Ever.

TX FOP, they are calling for donations for the TX Family of Police(officers).
