Offered free Website on a domain name I own. Although the phone number they contacted me on is not affiliated with the domain. Thats the scary part

Said they noticed our band/ministry “didn’t have a website” (we do) and said they built us one (for which I will press charges if I find out who and where they are). I blocked and deleted without responding to them and I don’t wish them well.
