I returned the call from a land line. It was a Verizon follow-up after my last contact with customer service. I commented on the short survey that Verizon's use of just the number and not VZ or some similar identifying information was disturbing and made the call look like spam. This was especially so when the call continued to come several times before I could call back. How simple is it to identify the phone company for customers on the caller ID. Gee Wizzz, Verizon, you blew it this time.
