I Got a few calls in a row from them. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the #. Finally after they called 6 times in a row without leaving a message. I called them back and they said they were a company called College Bound that connects students with education loans for a small fee. When I asked why they don't leave a message, they said it was against company policy to leave messages on answering machines. I told them not to call again.
