Dont pay them I owed a bill with them, and they never sent a paid in full letter and sold my debt to another collection agency. Now there calling me saying I owe them money so dont pay them anything wait till they sell the debt

Look up "FDCPA" Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, get the company's information (name, address, phone number) and get a attorney. If at all possible, record the conversation somehow. Unfortunately though, most people do not know how/what to use to record telephone calls these days, but if they're constantly receiving calls from them, find a way to record them. Years ago, you could buy a suction cup based microphone that you could put on the handset of a telephone, and run it to a tape recorder. If they call you after 9pm or before 8am, they are in violation of the FDCPA. Also, if you tell them that they are calling your work and you request they not call, they are required to stop calling you there. If you tell them it's a cell phone, they are required to stop calling, they are not allowed to incur the debtor more debt by calling and racking up minutes on cell phones. These people call me at all hours of the day and evening, even on Sundays.  They call several times a day.  Also from 952-540-2996.  I am paying TMobile directly, and if Tmobile says they can't accept it, that it's going through a collection agency, well I guess they don't want my money then? If they won't take my money then screw them.  i got behind and such is life, no need to stalk me about it I already am well aware of what I owe them.

This is a TMobile collector. I cancelled my TMobile account and paid up my bills. T Mobile is claiming I still owe for a month of service, which I don't. I told a guy there that I did not care and to go ahead an report the collection to my creditors. Needless to say, they keep on calling.

This Phone Number keeps calling me and telling me that I am someone called Max Guerrero. I have explained to them several times that I am not and have even given them my name and last four of my social. They use forceful tactics are making everyone in my family very upset and we want it to stop immediately.

If a power of attorney is assigned to someone in the family, that person can offer as little as $5 per month and you can send in money orders- no matter what they say. They have to accept the payments. If they pass away- god forbid- the collection agency can be sent a letter by an attorney stating that there is no money left in the estate- the bill then gets written off, account closed.If any collection agency says 'jail', 'arrest warrant or 'police' get the company name, date, time and collector name. This is one of the worst violations. They will be fined and owe the consumer money. If they ever say sue or attorney- they had better be ready to back it up- they can only say that if their company really plans to sue- it can't just be a far off possibility. From researching the number, I've found out that this is number is a debt collector for T-Mobile. I just want to let everyone know that I don't have T-Mobile anymore. I got out of my contract and was told that my account was up to date and that I won't get another bill. That was in July and now it October. I really think its a scam. I'm not going to pay.

This is T-mobile collections. Since they don't have my new number with a new carrier, they call my work phone number no less than 30 times per day. I have a display and I can see them calling. My parents 76 and 80 yrs old are old and in bad health.  My mom signed for her granddaughter to have a cell.  She ran it up and now has skipped.  When mom was working she tried to pay what she could.  The agency has told them they were going to jail, a warrant had been issued for their arrest, taking everything they have and they will be living in the streets.  It upset them so, mom was taken to the emergency room.  I have tried to deal with them, and have been advised it is now the families responsiblity.  Dad had a stroke and is paralzed plus can't hear.  Mom is now under physcians care and not able to work.  They only have social security which is $500 per month.  Her medicine is $800 per month.  What are my options.
