they called, ask for JJ, I said it was, then he said, "sorry - wrong number", then hung up. What was that ?

No number showed up on my caller ID; I foolishly answered the phone, thinking it was my expected call. A man was on the other end; he spoke my name in a belligerent tone of voice. I asked whom was calling; he rattled off some bogus charity name that I didn't recognize. I immediately ended the call. The frightening part is that the phone number never showed up on my caller ID. I'm on "The Do Not Call" list, and I don't appreciate unsolicited calls from bogus charities!!! BEWARE!!!!

Asked for owner, would not state why they were calling, very rude.

A professional fundraiser called raising money for the fallen officers in the state of Washington.I listed. I offered product (This is my litmus test - a true non-profit will gladly take product they can auction off and raise money, a professional fundraiser will not). They thanked me for my time and then hung up.
