These calls are from the Bank of America Home Loan Modification Division. I have been in the process of modifying my loan for over a year now and finally I have a direct contact at Bank of America. Hopefully they will be able to help so I don't lose my home. Sorry for those getting called by accident. It's a big bank and there are bound to be wrong numbers. I hope this helps.

Hi, I just got a call from this same number and the lady asked for the same information. She claimed the she was from BOA Loan Modification and she said her name was Wami. She said it was Urgent and that she needed this information as soon as possible. I had my husband call the real number just to make sure. I hate that we have to doubt every phone call that we get now days!

I got a call from 954-473-7000 requesting our tax paperwork. They stated that they were from Modification Department from Bank of America. They urged to send them and sign every page!!!. The name used was Charlene.I called back to this number. ***ody answered. It was just a record. Then I realized that this is a FRAUD. Theses do***ents have a social security number, and a very confidential information.....Just FYI.
(954) 473-7000
Every day, at least four times a day, I get calls on my cell from 954-473-7000 with a real person and two other numbers that are computerized and all from Bank of America, asking for a Jenny or Jeanie Martinez. I am not J. Martinez, have never been J. Martinez, and don't plan to be J. Martinez. I don't know J. Martinez, have never known her and don't plan to know her. This is my cell number and has been for nearly two years. I have asked the "real person" to please use their people search program w/ her social security number and find her and leave me alone w/ of course, no results. Asking to speak w/ the supervisor does no good. I am at the point of keeping track of the amount of charges on my cell from Bank of America and send them an invoice asking for my money and hound them. Of course that will do no good either. lol I do not answer these calls, but it goes to voice mail and charges which is very annoying.
