They called asking my elderly dad if he got his new red, white and blue (Medicare) card. My dad said no. Then she was asking for information on the Medicare card he did have. My dad hung up immediately. He tried to call the number back and it rang like half a ring and then “dead air”. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO.

VERY DANGEROUS "SAY YES" SCAM. They try & record you answering an 'innocent' question like "Are You There?" or "Can You Hear Me?" and then INSERT it into another script making it look like you agreed to give them money for something. Then they put charges on your PHONE BILL that are very difficult to remove.
