This phone number was added to our Verizon account without our authorization. Verizon says the number belongs to an individual. Another search engine indicated the number originated with Level 3 Communications LLC - CO, which was absorbed into Centurylink in 2017, which now calls itself Lumen Technologies. Lumen tech support said they couldn't help us, and we would have to figure it out with Verizon. In the meantime, SOMEONE has added their cell phone to our Verizon account, we're paying for it, and NO ONE will help us uncover or contact the fraudster--who does NOT answer the phone when we repeatedly attempt to make contact. We're beyond frustrated!
