To think of placing an advert on a list of phone pests and scammers any business must be in a desperate way.

OSP Communications billed my phone a incoming collect call 14 min in the amount of 20.20 on Dec 30th 08 I was not even at home! I called number that was on my bill and it was a payphone in CO train station... what the***** is going on with this company! Are they hacking into our phone systems billing anyone they can for there private use! that is Fraud!!!

Call your phone company and have them block all incoming collect calls for your protection!!! when I called OSP Communications and had them credit my bill all they said it must of been a billing error on there behalf! yeah right. call that 970 number and see if someone answers it. being they are a phone service company they can run a check to find out that is a Pay Phone! besides I have unlimited long distance on my phone service I never except collect calls from anyone!!! if they can not call me at there own expense I do not talk to them!
