Got a call from this number. The caller left no message.

I keep getting calls from this number and no message is ever left. When I call the number back they refuse to identify the business...

pulled credit on me..it was capital one auto finance..6/3/10..i wasnt looking to buy anything..why was it pulled...

I called the number back and a message plays that says  if I want to buy their health insurance leave a message. I left a detailed message telling them to not ever call me. They called again this am and I spoke to someone. I told her to not ever call my home again.
