I received a call from this number on 5-8-2013. After I answered with a "Hello?" there was a delayed reply, "Goodbye." I called back, and the number was reported as "Not in service." Reverse lookups have not turned up any information about this number.

I reported the number to the FCC. (took a long time...) They have called a number of times. When I call back there is a recording that says it was not in service, but it is still connected. Someone needs to get a life.... I did speak with an oriental sounding women once who talked about some education program. When I asked her name, she cowardly hung up.
